Author Guidelines

Manuscript requirement

Please prepare your manuscript before submission, using the QIP guidelines with following paper classification:

  • Research paper
  • Viewpoint
  • Technical paper
  • Conceptual paper
  • Case study
  • Literature review
  • General review
Paper should be written in English, maximum 20 pages. It must contains abstract not longer than 150 words. Immediately before the abstract, maximum 5 key words should be presented. The research methodology should be clearly described under a separate heading consecutive to introduction. The information about the author, 50 words maximum, might be given at the end of the article and the author’s photograph can be enclosed too.

References

References to other publications must be in Harvard style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency. It is recommended to use http://libweb.anglia.ac.uk/referencing/harvard.htm. They should contain full bibliographical details. The relevant works that are referred to in the text must be consistently quoted and included in the bibliography. With all figures borrowed from other authors, the authors’ names should be listed in figure legends.

Submitting

Only the originals that have not been submitted for publication can be accepted. The author guarantees the originality of the paper. Authors submitting papers for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify the publisher against any breach of such warranty by statement. Submissions should be sent to address of editorial board.

Review process

In the double-blind review process information which identifies the authors is removed from the paper, and it is sent to at least two reviewers – members of editorial board.

Criteria for reviewing

Problematic recency from theoretic and practice view. Solution originality and addition to theory and praxis. Knot to contemporary world literature. Reasoning competence and accuracy with its evidence support. Paper structure in terms of chapter segmentation and reference between them. Summary clarity and convincingness.

Final submission

The manuscript will be considered to be the definitive version of the paper. The author must ensure that it is complete, grammatically correct and without spelling or typographical errors. Before submitting, authors should check their submission completeness using the available Article Submission Checklist.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Submitting and Copyright section of About/Submission.

Papers submitted to the Quality Innovation Prosperity journal should not have been published before in their current or substantially similar form, or be under consideration for publication with another journal. Authors submitting articles for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify the publisher against any breach of such warranty. The editor may make use of iThenticate software for checking the originality of submissions received.

Before publication, authors of accepted manuscripts must sign a Copyright Agreement Form.

When reproducing tables, figures or excerpts (of more than 400 words) from another source, it is expected that: Authors obtain the necessary written permission in advance from any third party owners of copyright for the use in print and electronic formats of any of their text, illustrations, graphics, or other material, in their manuscript. Permission must also be cleared for any minor adaptations of any work not created by them.

If an author adapts significantly any material, the author must inform the copyright holder of the original work.
