Peer Review Process

The submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to QIP journal. All paper submissions will be refereed in a double-blind review process by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Each paper is reviewed by the appropriate member of Editorial Board. If it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to at least two independent referees for double blind peer review. Based on reviewers recommendation, as well as consultation between Editorial Board members the editor decides whether the paper should be accepted as is, revised or rejected. If the reviewer asks for revision of the paper, then the author should make the revision and the paper will be published after the reviewers' acceptance. The reviewers will evaluate the submitted papers against the following checkpoints:

  • Relevance to QIP journal
  • Originality
  • Reference to the related literature
  • Presentation
  • Linguistic quality
